There was a thick blanket of frost on everything this morning. Little remnants of summer plants became chrystal wands and berries on our crab apple trees glistened with diamonds and dew. It was lovely. As I stepped out of the house this morning the little Chickadees were busy whirring about and cracking open their seeds. A little friendly neighboorhood bunny scrambled from underneith the hydrangea bushes and there I was, soaking up the rising sun and smiling. It is Friday and this weekend I am going to Bayfield Wisconsin to celebrate the Apple Festival.
