Batten Down the Hatches!!

Storm coming. Actually in my opinion it is going to be like a Noreaster. Three inches of rain is expected to fall starting late this afternoon with damaging winds up to 60 miles per hour, hail and flood warnings are already in effect as I speak. As you can see the radar image loop is pretty nasty looking. All that cold wind is going to be coming off the lake. You know what my favorite thing to do is? Us girls love getting all dressed up in our rain gear and heading down in the car to Canal Park. There they have the canal where all of the big sea going vessels come in. It is directly exposed to the lake and there we stand (try to) while the wind whips us along and we scream with delight. The waves will most likely be about 10-15 feet high if not higher.
