I absolutely love these cupcakes! What a wonderful idea for a child's birthday party or baby shower. Or maybe just because. Spring couldn't come any sooner and we all feel like we are a little depressed about it. It is sixty degrees today though and the sun is shinning. Tomorrow will bring us some nasty weather through to the weekend. Crazy. So maybe making some of these lovely little cuppers will help me weather through the Midwest spring blues! Hopefully.
