{Next to the Fire}

Today is just a down day. I really don't feel like I can kick it. I just want to be in my warm down bed curled up with a good book and watching the world pass me by from my window. I am such a home body. I love it. If I didn't have to get out for work I would probably stay inside our house every day all day. I have plenty to do and be. I just want to be home. I want to look at my little snow village on top of the mantel, smell the lovely earthy smells of evergreen and pineneedles, sip my mom's homemade hot chocolate and eat her decadent marshmallows. It would just make my day I think.
