{Playing Music}

Did I ever tell you that I play an instrument? Well I do. I play a very ancient Biblical instrument called the Bowed Psaltery. It is in the shape of a very simple triangle with strings on the sound board. Then you can either pluck or bow it with a bow much like that of a violin bow. The sound is sweet and haunting. I received mine as a gift from my mother last Christmas of 2006. I burst into tears when first seeing it. I love it so much. It is portable as well so I along with my sister who plays the violin and another who plays the piano can play together and create sweet music. It is my goal this year to become much more proficient and capable of playing more complex melodies. I will keep you updated!
