The Nina is in Town

I am so excited. My family and I are going to see the Nina come into Duluth today! I am including the text from the website here:

The Most Historically Accurate Replica of a Columbus Ship Ever Built
The Nina, a replica of one of the three ships that made the historic voyage to America, will visit Duluth and will be open for tours. The "Nina" will be docked at Lakehead Boat Basin, 1000 Minnesota Avenue.Built entirely by hand in Brazil by the British Virgin Islands-based Columbus Foundation, the Nina has toured as a sailing museum since 1992. It is a caravel, a Portuguese ship type used by Columbus and many early explorers. The ship will be open daily from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Admission for a self-guided tour is for $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, $3 for students, and free for children younger than 5.Groups of 15 or more can schedule a 30-minute guided tour of the vessel. To schedule a tour, call (787) 421-0402 or e-mail columfnd@surfbvi.comFor more information on the Nina, click here. www.thenina.com/index.html
