{Minneapolis in December}

I love Minneapolis! In December some of the store front windows like Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshall Fields, Nordstrom's, Macy's, and others are sprinkled with Christmas cheer. Last year at Marshall Fields they had a lovely walk around display of Cinderella. It was lovely and I watched just as much in awe as the little girls whose eyes were big with the same dreams that Cinderella had for her life. I can say that although life can be difficult it is also so worth making your own and living to the fullest. I must say that I feel like my life is that way. Maybe that is my sunny optimism. I choose to think so. I just love life! Any way... I digress. Minneapolis is so cold though during this time. I know last year when we went to go and see the Holiday Razzle Dazzle Light Parade in the main downtown drag that we nearly froze to death. It was soooo cold. I felt as though my face was going to fall off and land on the hard asphault and shatter not to metion my ears. It never was warm enough. Whew! Burrrrrrrr!
