I went to a site to day to try to learn more on how to deal with stress and I actualy found some really good suggestions. And because I know that you are all probably stressed too from shopping, finals, and just life I thought I would share them. Here they are for you:
1. Exercise - this is probably a duh but did you know that feel-good endorphins are released everytime you take a walk or do some meaningful movement? Check!
2. Chocolate - they say that along with exercise, chocolate is another form of feel-good endorphin raising levels to the brain. That's good to know! Check!
3. Deep breathing - Another duh! But it really does help, I tried it. Yeah!
4. Prayer! I totally believe in prayer! Whenever I am a bit stressed I just call on my Father in Heaven and he is always there for me. My favorite verse on this topic is in Philippians 4:6 where it says: "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
