Looking forward to: Baking

I love to bake. Putting together pies, kneading breads, watching the oven produce such lovely rounds of treats. It is heaven to me. Last weekend my mom found the best apple pie recipe in the whole world. It has taken her 20 years to find it. Gosh! Thank God she found it for me so that I didn't have to wait that long. But boy is it yummy. It lacks the traditional pie crust top but has instead a crumptious sort of crunchy struedal like topping with caramel drizzled on top. It is wonderful!
