How many of you are oatmeal lovers? I love oatmeal especially the really course Scottish oatmeal variety, but I am always looking for different kinds. I especially love experimenting with flavor combinations. The obvious of course, apple and cinnamon; maple and raisins; butter and cream with brown sugar. I have found a to-die-for recipe from Martha Stewart for Toasted Oatmeal that takes coursely ground toasted oatmeal and tops it off with infused honey and stewed fruit. It is a wonderful meal for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch or dinner. I just had to share with you one of my favorites!
