Weekend Treat

Okay so at this time on Friday when you are still coherent enough to think of the fun things you want to do for the weekend I decided that I know what I want to do. I want to make truffles! I have a wonderful recipe that I put together a few years ago through trial and error. They taste otherwordly and look like jewels hence their name Bijoux. I love experimenting with flavors and design, especially in packaging and presentation. Who knows, maybe I'll make it big someday. Ha!
